Misrepresented!
Judged!
Malicious!
My identity you stole!
Your lies,
Deception & manipulation,
Over time took its toll!
Like a virus,
Polluting people’s minds,
Twisting & reframing is the truth you will find!
Like a pack of animals, the press attacked..
… with no mercy shown!
A thirst for blood, as they tore at my flesh right down to the bone!
I tried to defend myself with the evidence I had,
But with every piece of evidence came a more vicious attack!
Calculated & predatory!
…an intent to cause harm!
Friends; family & loved ones, tried raising the alarm!
Yet like a pack of wolves surrounding their prey,
Hell bent on not letting me get away!
The quest for truth & justice didn’t matter anymore!
As they lynched me & character assassinated me, leaving me emotionally flawed!
They set out to destroy me!
My professional integrity they stole!
As they created doubt & suspicion!
I resigned from my Professor role!
Like a ‘heat seeking missile” with their target in sight, they incited the most devastating destruction over my life!
A lense that could no longer see all the “goodness” in me!
Deliberately portraying a false narrative of me, which was relentless and eventually brought me down to my knees!
A darkness that dimmed my light,
And despite trying my best to put up a good fight!
I grew tired and broken.
Yet…
You will never break the true essence of me, because if you asked me how I would change the world you see:
“I would take a thread & a needle and I would interweave love into our society”!
